5 Days Yoga Tour

  • Day 1

    Arrive at the Lodge. Lunch. Rest and relax in the afternoon. Bonfire and diner. Overnight.

  • Day 2

    Yoga before breakfast. Rafting in the morning from HRR campsite to NIM Beach near Rishikesh. Negotiating some of the best white water on the Ganga on this 17 kms stretch with rapids with evocative names such a Good Morning, Double Trouble, Return To Sender, Roller Coaster, Golf Course and many more. Back at the Lodge for lunch. In the early evening drive down to Rishikesh for the Ganga Arti from the bank of the Parmarth Ashram.

  • Day 3

    Leave early morning with a packed breakfast for a morning safari through Rajaji National Park. Back at the Lodge in time for lunch. In the early evening there will be time for some kayaking in the bay area of the HRR Campsite. Overnight Lodge.

  • Day 4

    Yoga in the morning. After breakfast drive 18 kms upstream to put in at Kaudyala for the second stretch of rafting on the Ganga. Going through rapids such as Daniel's Dip, The Wall, Cross Fire, Three Blind Mice and many more. Back at the Lodge for lunch. The afternoon is at leisure. Overnight Lodge.

  • Day 5

    Post an early breakfast, leave for a short hike of about 2 – 3 hrs, return to lodge for lunch and depart for onward journey.
